Hi, I’m Tamara Lamore - Owner & CEO of BKT Southwest, powered by PLACE. After more than 20 years in real estate and a decade spent helping agents grow and scale their businesses, I’m excited to officially bring my vision to Arizona with the launch of BKT Southwest.
Since becoming a licensed agent in 2002, I’ve built and led BKT Northwest, powered by PLACE, based in Everett, Washington, where our team consistently produces over $2.5 million in GCI annually. Throughout my career, I’ve been passionate about more than just selling homes - I’ve been equally committed to developing agents, building strong team culture, and creating opportunities for others to succeed at a high level.
In addition to leading successful real estate teams, I also own a respected real estate training school where I mentor and coach aspiring and established agents alike. Helping agents triple their business, gain confidence, and build sustainable careers has been one of the most rewarding parts of my journey.
Expanding into Arizona has always been a dream of mine, and BKT Southwest represents an exciting new chapter focused on growth, leadership, and serving agents and clients at the highest level. My mission is to create an environment where agents can thrive personally and professionally while delivering an exceptional experience to every client we serve.
