Hi, I’m Katie! I’m a passionate and ambitious real estate professional with a strong focus on building culture, driving productivity, and creating exceptional experiences for both clients and agents.
After spending two years serving and growing alongside another real estate team, I now have the opportunity to help lead and support the growth of the BKT Southwest branch, where I assist in building systems, supporting agents, driving growth initiatives, and helping create an environment centered around collaboration, productivity, and high-level service. In addition to leadership responsibilities, I also lead within the realm of a producing real estate agent. I actively help clients buy and sell homes while staying closely connected to the day-to-day client experience.
At just 23 years old, I made the bold decision to pivot career paths after completing my Master’s degree in Pre-Physical Therapy, ultimately discovering my true passion in real estate. Originally from the small community of Chillicothe, Ohio, and later relocating to Stanwood, Washington, I’ve developed a deep appreciation for community connection and understand the importance of helping people find not just a house, but a place to call home.
My background in sales, team leadership, and the medical field has equipped me with the ability to create personalized strategies, solve problems under pressure, and deliver a client experience built on trust, communication, and attention to detail.
